Team Volksbank's Olaf Pollack and Andre Korff had a narrow escape on Monday when they were hit by a car while tr༒aining in Badenweiler, Germany, near Freiburg. Despite both bikes being completely wrecked, neither rider was injured in the accident.
"We came away with only a scare – it could have been a lot worse," Pollack told DPA. "But both bikes are totally destroyed."
