The 2011 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup opens in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, on the weekend of April 21-24.  Round one includes cross country, four cross and downhill races.  It will beꦍ the first race of 2011 that draws near⛄ly all of the world's best mountain bike racers.

Pietermaritzburg hosted the World Cup once previously two years ago, although last year it was not part of the circu♋it.
